Sedangkan saran untuk mengoptimalkan penguasaan komputer khususnya aplikasi program perkantoran untuk membuat program aplikasi asesmen bimbingan dan konseling antara lain  Konselor sekolah atau dosen bimbingan dan konseling yang lebih mampu mengoperasikan komputer terus berinovasi mencari solusi untuk mengembangkan aplikasi instrumen untuk keperluan asesmen dalam bimbingan dan konseling dengan program-program yang sederhana dan telah sering digunakan oleh konselor di sekolah.  Hasil temuan inovasi berupa pengetahuan, produk asesmen dan keterampilan segera dapat disebarluaskan melalui bebera publikasi seperti media masa baik cetak maupun elektronik, jurnal, internet, website, blog, mailinglist, maupun email kepada konselor sekolah dimanapun berapa.  Kalau sekiranya diperlukan dapat disosialisasikan melalui seminar, lokakarya, workshop maupun pelatihan-pelatihan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan konselor sekolah berkaitan dengan pengembangan aplikasi instrumen asesmen menggunakan program komputer sederhana.
